What data should I submit to the Maryland Broadband Mapping team?
Coverage data can be submitted as addresses, census blocks, road segments, or coverage
areas. Please contact us at mapinfo@mdbc.us if you are unsure about which format
to use.
How can I provide data to the Maryland Broadband Mapping team?
Data can be delivered by email or through the Salisbury University FTP site. Please
contact Mary Creamer at mapinfo@mdbc.us for directions to access the FTP site.
Is there a non-disclosure agreement available for the Maryland Broadband Mapping
Initiative?
Yes! Please contact us at mapinfo@mdbc.us for more information about setting up
an NDA.
I’m a reseller. Should I participate in the Maryland Broadband Mapping Initiative?
We strongly encourage resellers to participate in this initiative to help us determine
the areas in Maryland that are served and unserved by broadband availability.
What if I need technical assistance?
The Maryland Broadband Mapping Team is available to help you with technical assistance!
We can help you determine how to provide data and walk you through the process of
data delivery. Our team is also prepared to arrange on-site visits to your location
if needed. We are committed to making the data collection and delivery process as
easy as possible.
